Shipping & Delivery
All items within the store are in stock and ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated. Occasionally there are items that are unavailable for immediate delivery and you will be notified immediately. All items are usually dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm and are delivered by either Royal Mail, TNT, Fed-Ex or Parcelforce depending on what it is, where it's going and how much it weighs. You will recieve shipping notification on dispatch with details of any tracking information.

We are currently offering free delivery when you order over £500, collection available from Andover or Aylesbury.

Privacy & Security
Your privacy is important to us. That’s why we don’t sell or pass on your details to anyone else. Any information taken through the online shop will be used purely to fulfil your order. If you choose to sign up to receive regular newsletters and communication from us, your details will only be used to send you information that may be of interest. Returns & Replacements
Like any internet business, we have to comply with the rules and regulations of selling on-line. By choosing to purchase an item from the Flooring trade supplies website you are entering a legally binding agreement, which is governed by UK law. You have a right to cancel within 7 days, commencing from the day after you’ve received your delivery from us. If you wish to cancel, please write to us at james@flooringtradesupplies.com , or our full postal address (found below). If you wish to cancel, you must return to us, with its original packaging any goods we have supplied as soon as possible. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods. You will receive from us a full refund for the item/s which you have cancelled minus the shipping costs.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments in the online shop are made securely through your Google account or via PayPal; you don’t need a PayPal account, just a debit or credit card. All promotions must be taken within the dates shown or they will become invalid. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
